• We take action photos by reservation only. Only those that are signed up will be photographed, first-come, first-serve. You can select as many events as you like to be photographed, we recommend at least two races to get the best coverage. Swimmers that are signed up first will get preference when multiple sign ups for the same heat. If we are not able to cover a race, we will look for another comparable race for your swimmer or we will contact you to arrange a warm up session or we will refund the reservation fee for the missed race. We will let you know via text message at the end of the session.

• Proofs posted and ordered online with a 15% meet discount available for 15 days after the end of the meet, please see sample price list below.

I am at least 18 years of age and am making a reservation for myself to be photographed. Otherwise, I am the swimmer listed above's parent or legal guardian, or I have permission from his or her parent or legal guardian to make a photo reservation.
I understand that copyright resides with Sport Photography/Simone Amaduzzi Photography and agree that the photographs I am requesting may be shared with my swimmer's team, the meet host, the meet governing body, and/or reputable media outlets to promote meet activities.
Simone Amaduzzi Photography may communicate with me via email and/or text message.
I UNDERSTAND THAT SPORT PHOTOGRAPHY PROVIDES LIVE-ACTION PHOTOGRAPHY AND THAT THERE IS THEREFORE SOME INHERENT RISK A REQUESTED EVENT CANNOT BE PHOTOGRAPHED. Furthermore, if a requested event is not photographed for any reason, responsibility and liability is limited solely to the return of my original reservation fee(s).
